Directions to Breeze Lake Campground
(recommended to avoid road construction on FM 802 and town traffic): Go South from Harlingen on US 77/83. Take the Port of Brownsville exit (FM 511) just past Rancho Viejo. Rancho Viejo has a water tower that looks like a golf ball on a tee. Turn left (East) onto FM 511, go approx. 10 miles. You will pass under Hwy. 48. About one mile farther you will see a flashing yellow light, turn right (West) onto FM 802 and go to the first stoplight. Turn left (South) onto Vermillion Rd. Breeze Lake Campground is approx. 1/4 mile down on your left.

 Alternate directions to Breeze Lake Campground
Go South from Harlingen on US 77/83, take exit FM 802 in Brownsville. Go left (East) onto FM 802 to Vermillion Rd. (approx. 6 miles). When you cross Hwy. 48, the very next stoplight intersection is Vermillion Rd. There is an "El Jardin Suprette" (convenience store/gas station) at that corner. Make a hard right (South) onto Vermillion Rd. Breeze Lake Campground is approx. 1/4 mile down on your left.
